Uganda’s Unique Selling Points (USPs)

  1. Uganda, the most beautiful country in Africa. This is because of the numerous tourist attractions, magnificent sceneries, green environment and amazing climate.
  2. Uganda is a gorilla country: Uganda has almost more than half of the living mountain gorillas in Uganda – in Bwindi and Mgahinga impenetrable gorilla forest parks.
  3. BIG FIVE: Uganda has the “BIG FIVE” African wildlife animals (Lions, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards & Rhinos) in its wildlife parks.
  4. Uganda Birds: Uganda has over 50% of Africa’s bird species and 11% of world’s.
  5. River Nile: Uganda also hosts the source of the world’s longest river, River Nile; a hub for adventure sports including white water rafting, bungee jumping, angling and kayaking.
  6. Murchison Falls: Found in the Murchison Falls National Park (Uganda’s biggest wildlife park) is rightfully referred to as the most spectacular site on the Nile River.
  7. Mt. Rwenzori: Although it is along the equator, it has permanent snow covered tops, and the snow does not melt – suited for all year-round hiking and mountaineering.
  8. Namugongo Christian Martyr’s shrines: Over 3 million people, from all over the world, come to Namugongo as pilgrims every year.
  9. Cultural sites: Uganda is endowed with different cultural and historical sites e.g. Kasubi tombs.
  10. Uganda’s coffee: Uganda is the number one coffee exporter in Africa.
  11. Uganda bananas: Uganda is the world’s third biggest producer of bananas after India and China and number one producer of edible Matooke brand.
  12. Organic country: Uganda is the main exporter of organic products from Africa. Main products include: coffee, tea, cotton, dried banana.
